Photographing Melissa and Jonathan’s engagement session was definitely one that we’ve been looking forward to since they booked us a few months ago. She had all these great ideas and we were very happy to help her execute her “dream” session. It was hard to narrow down our faves once again with this one, but here’s a snippet of what we came up with. Congratulations to them both and we cannot wait until their wedding next summer!

Jen & Tim – Long Beach Wedding

It’s always great to hear how two people end up together. Jen and Tim’s story was a magical one and it’s obvious that these two were meant for each other. Diana & Daniel – Wedding

You may remember Diana & Daniel from the engagement session we did with them and their cool little dog Rambo. Michelle + Andrew = Engaged!

We love when we get couples who are so down for anything, they risk getting poked by sharp bushes or risk falling into a lake just to get that perfect shot! Michelle and Andrew was our brave couple. Along with being risk takers, they were so much fun together. We never had a dull moment when we were with them. Their wedding is going to be awesome and we cannot wait to be there to capture it next fall. Congratulations you two!

Carmeli + Willy – Wedding

Earlier this summer we got to photograph Carmeli and Willy’s engagement session, and just like the other couples we’ve worked with, we had the privilege of getting to know them, their style, and how they interact when they’re together. These two love to laugh which is one of the reasons we had so much fun with them, their family and friends. I’m sure you can tell when you look at their smiling faces, that they love to have a good time. We wish them the very best in their new life together.

Jennifer + Tim – Engagement Session

We love getting referrals! Especially when we know that if we get to photograph their wedding, we will be working with one of our favorite DJs. Thanks for introducing us to Jennifer and Tim. They were so much fun and we hit it off right away. At first they were super shy, but after a few minutes they warmed up to our cameras and got some great shots to show for it. We can’t wait until their wedding in a few months. It’s going to be so much fun especially with Chuck from Music On the Move as their DJ.

Bri & Michael – Right as Rain – Wedding

Someone once said that a wedding is a “start of togetherness… of walks in the rain, basking in the sunshine, shared meals, caring for one another and sensing the love that a marriage carries.” That was exactly how Bri and Michael started their wedding day (except for the sun part of course). But it didn’t matter. These two along with their family and friends were determined to not let that get in the way of their magical day. They always say that it is lucky when it rains on your wedding day, but with what we can see from the love that Bri and Michael have, they don’t need luck. Congratulations you two! Have an awesome time in the Caribbean! Now onto our favorites..

Mariko + Johnny = In Love

Mariko & Johnny’s love story began overseas in beautiful Japan at a USMC Ball. Then Johnny got deployed to Iraq while Mariko moved to the U.S. But despite the distance, their love got them through it. He eventually comes back to finish serving in the U.S. and they’ve been happy together ever since! These two are too funny! We had such a fun time with these two,and wish them both the best! Jena & Jose – Every Line, Every Word, Everything – Wedding

Felicia & Danny Engagement Session
